DMCA Policy.
How to submit a DMCA takedown notice, how fast we act, and how our repeat-infringer policy works.
MaxProTV Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its customers to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how to submit a takedown notice, how we handle counter-notices, and how our repeat-infringer policy works.
1. MaxProTV is not a content host
MaxProTV does not host, upload, or store any video content on its servers. MaxProTV is not a streaming platform. We provide an IPTV playlist (M3U URL) and an EPG URL that point to streams that are already publicly available on the internet. We do not control and do not operate any of those underlying streams.
Because MaxProTV is not a content host, DMCA takedown notices should be directed primarily to the actual host of the underlying stream. However, if a stream listed in our playlist is alleged to infringe your rights, we will remove that entry from the playlist within 48 hours of a valid notice.
2. Designated DMCA agent
MaxProTV's designated agent for DMCA notices is:
MaxProTV Ltd
DMCA Designated Agent
86-90 Paul Street
London EC2A 4NE
United Kingdom
Email: [email protected]
Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice
3. Requirements for a valid DMCA takedown notice
To be valid, your DMCA takedown notice must be in writing and include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the work you claim is being infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the infringing material — the exact URL, channel name, or playlist entry you claim is infringing, with enough detail that we can locate it.
- Your contact information — full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good-faith statement — a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Signature — a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
Notices that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or returned for completion.
4. How we handle a takedown notice
| Stage | Timing |
|---|---|
| We acknowledge your notice | Within 24 hours |
| We review and validate | Within 24 hours |
| We remove or disable access | Within 48 hours of a valid notice |
| We notify the affected party | Within 72 hours |
Removal means the reported stream or channel is removed from the MaxProTV playlist. It does not mean the underlying stream itself stops broadcasting — for that, please contact the actual host.
5. Counter-notice
If your stream was removed from the MaxProTV playlist and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the removed material — the exact URL, channel name, or playlist entry that was removed.
- Your contact information — full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction — a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Good-faith statement — a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Signature — a physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material to the playlist.
6. Repeat infringer policy
MaxProTV operates a strict repeat-infringer policy:
- Customers — any customer who repeatedly requests, provides, or distributes infringing streams through their MaxProTV subscription will have their subscription terminated without refund.
- Resellers — any reseller or partner who repeatedly supplies or promotes infringing streams is removed from the MaxProTV reseller programme immediately.
- Documentation — we log all DMCA notices, takedowns, and counter-notices so repeat patterns can be identified.
7. Misrepresentations
Under Section 512(f) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (and equivalent provisions in other jurisdictions), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. MaxProTV reserves the right to recover costs from any party who files a knowingly false DMCA notice against us.
8. Copyright use on this website
MaxProTV uses only its own brand assets (logo, colour system, layout, copy) on this website. Channel names, programme titles, sports league names, and film or series titles mentioned on our pages are the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification and descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
9. Reporting other legal issues
For non-copyright legal complaints (trademark, defamation, privacy, etc.), please email [email protected] with a description of the issue and the specific page or playlist entry involved. We will respond within 3 working days.
