These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of maxprotv.net and any MaxProTV IPTV subscription you order through it. By ordering MaxProTV you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. Definitions

• "MaxProTV", "we", "us", "our" means MaxProTV Ltd.
• "Customer", "you", "your" means the person who orders a MaxProTV subscription.
• "Service" means the MaxProTV IPTV service, including live channels, VOD titles, EPG and catch-up.
• "Subscription" means the plan you purchase (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
• "Credentials" means the M3U URL and EPG URL we send you by email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order MaxProTV. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you will use the Service lawfully in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing IPTV content is legal where you live.

3. The Service

MaxProTV provides an IPTV subscription that includes:

• 25,000+ live channels across news, sports, entertainment, kids and international categories.
• 120,000+ VOD titles including films and series.
• 7-day catch-up and EPG on supported channels.
• 4 simultaneous connections on one subscription.
• Anti-freeze edge nodes in multiple regions.

Channel and VOD counts are accurate at the time of publication and may change as content is added or removed. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or title.

4. Ordering and payment

MaxProTV uses an email-only checkout. No card forms are hosted on this website. When you submit the order form, we build a pre-filled email in your default mail app. You send it to us. We reply with payment instructions and, once payment is confirmed, your Credentials.

Prices are displayed in GBP and USD. Payment must be made in the currency we specify in our reply. We do not store payment card data on this website.

5. Delivery

Credentials are delivered by email, typically within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive them within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then email [email protected].

6. Refunds

MaxProTV offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time subscriptions. To request a refund, email [email protected] within seven days of purchase with your order reference. We will refund to the original payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or rebroadcast the Service.
• Record, copy, download or store streams except as permitted by law.
• Share your Credentials with anyone outside your household.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass connection limits, authentication or security measures.
• Use automated tools to scrape, index or attack the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you breach this section.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and software on maxprotv.net are owned by MaxProTV Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them without our prior written permission. The Service itself is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from buffering. We publish our actual uptime (99.98% rolling 12-month) rather than a target, but we cannot guarantee that any individual stream will always be available.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party channels or streams. We do not control what is broadcast on those channels.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxProTV Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may terminate your subscription immediately if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
