Setup Guide · 5-Minute Setup
Every MaxProTV order includes a one-page setup sheet specific to your device. This page is the full public version: how to install a player, paste your M3U URL or Xtream login, and start watching across Firestick, Smart TV, Apple TV, Android Box, MAG, Enigma2, VLC, Kodi and TiviMate.
These five steps work on every device MaxProTV supports. If you get stuck on any step, email [email protected] with your device model and we reply in under 12 minutes.
After you place an order, we reply within 5 minutes with two things: your M3U URL (a single link) and your Xtream login (username, password and server URL). Both work — you pick whichever your player supports.
Any of these work: TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, VLC, Kodi, or the native IPTV app on your Samsung or LG Smart TV. We recommend TiviMate for Firestick and Android TV, IPTV Smarters Pro for iOS and Apple TV, and VLC or Kodi for desktop.
Open your player and choose Add playlist or Add provider. For M3U, paste the M3U URL. For Xtream, enter the username, password and server URL we sent. Give the playlist any name you want — that name is only for you.
Your player downloads the full list of 25,000 channels, 120,000 VOD titles and 7-day EPG. On most devices this takes 10–30 seconds. If your player asks about "auto-update", leave it on — it keeps the list fresh.
Pick a channel, category or sport and start watching. If you want to watch on more than one device at the same time, your plan includes 4 simultaneous connections — just install the same player on the second device and paste the same M3U URL or Xtream login.
These are the exact things that matter on each major platform. Everything else is identical to the 5-step setup above.
Install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters from the Amazon Appstore or sideload via Downloader. Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" only if you sideload. Setup is 3 minutes on Firestick.
Use the native IPTV app from the TV app store. Paste the M3U URL or Xtream login directly. No external device needed on 2018 or newer TVs. Setup is 2 minutes on Smart TV.
Install IPTV Smarters Pro from the App Store. Paste the Xtream login — Apple TV does not accept M3U URLs in every app, so Xtream login is the smoothest route. Setup is 3 minutes on Apple TV.
Install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro from the Play Store. Paste the M3U URL or Xtream login. Enable "Unknown Sources" only if you sideload TiviMate. Setup is 3 minutes on Android TV.
MAG boxes use the built-in portal — paste the M3U URL into the portal field. Formuler boxes work with either the built-in Mytvonline player or TiviMate. Setup is 4 minutes on MAG and Formuler.
VLC: File → Open Network Stream → paste M3U URL. Kodi: install PVR IPTV Simple Client → configure with M3U URL. Kodi also supports EPG via the same M3U. Setup is 4 minutes on VLC and Kodi.
MaxProTV gives you both. Different players prefer different methods. You do not need to use both — you pick the one your player supports.
What it is: a single URL that contains your entire channel list, VOD library and EPG. Where it works: VLC, Kodi (PVR IPTV Simple Client), IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, and most native Smart TV apps. How to use it: copy the URL we send you, paste it into the "Add playlist" field, and wait 10–30 seconds for the list to load. Note: the URL contains your credentials. Do not share it or paste it into public forums.
What it is: three separate fields — username, password and server URL — that together log you into the same account. Where it works: IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Apple TV, iOS, and most modern players. How to use it: open your player, choose "Xtream Codes API" or "Xtream login", and paste the three values we sent you. Why it is useful: on Apple TV and iOS, Xtream login is more reliable than M3U because Apple restricts some M3U handling inside apps.
If you are on Firestick, Android TV, or a Smart TV: use M3U URL — it is one paste, no typing. If you are on Apple TV, iPhone or iPad: use Xtream login — it works more reliably inside Apple apps. If you are on VLC or Kodi: use M3U URL — both players natively support it. If your player supports both: either works. TiviMate supports both and both are equally fast.
If none of these fix it, email [email protected] with your device model and the exact step that failed. We reply in under 12 minutes.
99% of the time this is a copy-paste error. The M3U URL must be pasted as one complete line — no spaces, no missing characters. Copy it again from the email we sent, paste it into a plain text editor first to confirm it looks correct, then paste it into your player.
Usually a connection issue on your side. Check that your device is online, then check that your ISP is not blocking the stream. If you are in a country where streaming is restricted, use a VPN. The 12-month plan includes a free VPN.
Check that you are on a wired connection or strong Wi-Fi. Close other streaming apps on the same network. If your ISP throttles streaming, connect the free VPN from your 12-month plan or any third-party VPN. Do not use a free public VPN — those are slower than no VPN.
Not every player supports EPG, and some only support it with additional configuration. TiviMate and IPTV Smarters populate EPG automatically from the M3U URL. VLC does not support EPG at all. Kodi supports EPG via the PVR IPTV Simple Client EPG URL that we send with your credentials.
MaxProTV uses email-only support. When you click "Build my order email" or "Email support", your default mail app opens with everything pre-filled. For the smoothest experience, we recommend setting Gmail as your default mail app on Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS. Step-by-step guides are below. Jump to setup guides ↓
Fill the form. We build a pre-filled email. You click send. We reply within 5 minutes with credentials and a setup sheet for your device. Gmail as default mail app recommended — setup guide.
MaxProTV's email-only support and checkout works best when Gmail is your default mail app. When you click "Build my order email", Gmail Compose opens with everything pre-filled. Here is how to set it on every major platform.
Windows 11 supports PWAs (Progressive Web Apps). Install Gmail as a PWA first, then assign it as your MAILTO handler.
mail.google.com. Sign in to Gmail.Win + I) → Apps → Default apps.Gmail. Gmail will appear in the results.Tip: If Gmail does not appear in Default apps, restart Windows after installing the PWA. Windows registers PWA protocol handlers on first launch.
macOS Sonoma (14+) and later allow setting default apps. On older versions, use the browser protocol handler route instead.
mail.google.com → menu → Cast, save, and share → Install page as app.Tip: If the Email row is greyed out, make sure the Gmail PWA is fully installed (it will appear in Launchpad). Restart Settings and retry.
Android has supported default mail apps since Android 6. This works on stock Android, Samsung One UI, and most manufacturer skins.
mailto: links.Samsung One UI: Settings → Apps → Choose default apps → Email app → Gmail. Xiaomi MIUI: Settings → Apps → Manage apps → Default apps → Email → Gmail.
iOS 14 and later allow setting a default mail app. iPadOS 14 and later as well.
Tip: If you do not see the "Default Mail App" option, update iOS to 14 or later. On iOS 13 and earlier, setting a default is not possible — use the copy-fallback panel instead.
This is the browser-level protocol handler. It works on every OS and is the fastest fallback if the OS-level setting is unavailable.
mail.google.com. Sign in.mailto: links.Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Site permissions → Protocol handlers → mailto → add mail.google.com. Firefox: Settings → General → Applications → mailto → choose Use Gmail.
