  1. STEP 1

    Order by email

    Pick a plan and complete the email order. Your MAG portal URL and credentials arrive within 5 minutes during business hours.

  2. STEP 2

    Open Settings on the MAG

    Press the SETUP button on the MAG remote, or navigate from the embedded portal main menu to Settings.

  3. STEP 3

    Enter the portal URL

    Select Advanced Settings → Portals. Enter the portal URL from your email. Save. Reboot the MAG box.

  4. STEP 4

    Enter your credentials

    After reboot, the MAG loads the new portal and prompts for username and password. Use the credentials from your email.

  5. STEP 5

    Watch

    The channel list, EPG, and 7-day catch-up load automatically. 25,000 live channels and 120,000 VOD titles are now available.
