Corrections Policy.
How to report an error, how we investigate, and how we correct mistakes transparently.
MaxProTV is committed to accuracy. When we get something wrong, we correct it quickly and transparently. This Corrections Policy explains how to report an error, how we investigate, and how we publish corrections.
1. Our commitment to accuracy
We fact-check every claim before publication. Our numbers for channels, VOD titles, uptime, and pricing are verified against live data and server logs. Our device compatibility is tested on real hardware. Our legal statements are reviewed by our legal advisor.
Even so, errors can happen. When they do, we want to know. We treat every correction request as an opportunity to improve.
2. How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the subject "Correction Request". Include:
- The page URL — for example, https://maxprotv.net/pricing.html.
- The specific statement you believe is inaccurate. Quote the sentence or paragraph.
- Why you believe it is wrong — if you have a source, link to it.
- Your contact email — so we can update you on the outcome.
You do not need to be a customer to submit a correction request. We accept requests from anyone.
3. What happens after you report
| Stage | Timing |
|---|---|
| We acknowledge your email | Within 24 hours |
| We investigate the claim | Within 3 working days |
| We publish a correction (if warranted) | Within 3 working days |
| We email you the outcome | Within 3 working days |
4. How we correct
When a correction is warranted, we do three things:
- Update the page with the accurate information.
- Add a visible correction note at the bottom of the page. The note includes the date and a short description of what changed. Example: "Correction: 15 January 2026 — Changed '4 connections' to '4 simultaneous connections' for clarity."
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page if the change is significant.
We do not silently delete or rewrite content without noting the change.
5. Types of corrections
| Type | Example & action |
|---|---|
| Factual error | Wrong channel count, wrong price, wrong device support. We correct immediately and add a note. |
| Typo or grammar | We correct without a public note unless the typo changes meaning. |
| Broken link | We fix the link or remove it. No public note required. |
| Outdated information | We update the page and refresh the "Last updated" date. |
| Legal or regulatory | We correct immediately and consult our legal advisor if needed. |
6. Corrections we do not make
We do not make corrections that:
- Contradict verifiable facts or primary sources.
- Are purely matters of opinion or preference.
- Request removal of accurate but unfavourable information.
- Come from competitors attempting to damage our reputation.
If we decline a correction, we explain why in our reply. You may appeal.
7. Appeals
If we decline a correction and you disagree, you can request a second review by our editorial lead. Email [email protected] with the subject "Correction Appeal". Include the original request and our reply. We aim to respond to appeals within 5 working days.
8. Pricing errors
If a pricing error is found, we correct it immediately. If you placed an order during the error window, we honour the lower price shown at the time of your order. This is a commitment, not a discretionary gesture.
9. Transparency log
Every corrected page includes a dated note at the bottom. We also maintain a private internal log of all corrections for quality control. We do not publish the full log, but we will share relevant entries with anyone who submits a correction request about the same page.
